Diane O. Rivera is a dedicated real estate professional. Committed to providing the best service possible to all of her customers. Diane has been instrumental in the successful completion of thousands of complex real estate transactions. Involving all types of properties including Residential, Vacation and Resort properties, Multi-family, Land, Commercial and Business Personal Property.
Diane was raised in California. In 1995, she began working with Starker Services, Inc. a National 1031 Exchange Intermediary, the nation’s oldest and most experienced 1031 exchange intermediary firm. Providing expert consultation and documentation in order to qualify under U.S. IRC Section 1031, Diane has helped her clients to save thousands of dollars in capital gains taxes and to grow their real estate portfolios. In 2002, Diane moved to Miami, Florida with her husband and became South Florida Regional Manager, responsible for development, growth and marketing for Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. She achieved the “Certified Exchange Specialist” (CESÒ) designation in 2005 through the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Over the last 15 years she has provided consultation, training and continuing education for Investors, Realtors, CPA’s and Attorneys. She helped to close over 1,000 real estate exchange transactions.
Diane is experienced in real estate sales and marketing, real estate and corporate law as a paralegal, mortgage lending, and title and escrow. In 2009, she worked in the Financial Services industry. Diane acquired a securities license (Series 7) and health, life & variable annuities license and provided financial services to her customers. She has a talent for marketing and providing top quality service. Diane’s integrity and dedication to her customers and other professionals is undeniable. Diane is skilled in marketing real estate using the latest tools and techniques.
